Every cookie and every piece of browser storage this site uses, what each one is for, how long it lasts, and how to refuse or remove any of the optional ones.

What this covers
In short: this site stores cookies on your device to enhance site navigation, analyse site usage, and improve marketing. Those are three separate things and you can agree to any, all or none of them. Nothing that is not strictly necessary is stored unless you say so, and declining changes nothing else about how the site works. The rest of this page is the detail behind that sentence.
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep. The law that governs them does not stop at cookies: Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, implemented in Lithuania by Article 99 of the Law on Electronic Communications, covers storing anything on your device or reading anything from it. So this page lists browser storage as well, and does not pretend that only the items technically called cookies count.
The rule is that everything needs your prior consent except what is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for — and that the consent has to be specific to each purpose, which is why there are three switches rather than one. Agreeing to be counted is not agreeing to be recorded, and neither is agreeing to be advertised to.
Nothing optional is set, and no request whatsoever is sent to any of the companies named below, until you have agreed to that particular purpose. We deliberately do not use the arrangement where a tag loads first and merely withholds its cookies, because that still discloses your IP address before you have agreed to anything.
Strictly necessary — used without asking
These make the site work. Refusing them is not offered because the site could not be delivered without them, which is the exemption the law provides. None of them is used to track you, none is shared with anyone, and none leaves your browser except where the table says so.

Analysing site usage — only if you agree
We would like to know which pages get read and where people give up, which is the difference between improving the site and guessing at it. Google Analytics 4 does that by counting visits in aggregate.

Google acts as our processor for this and may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States — see the Privacy Policy for the safeguards that apply. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Improving site navigation — only if you agree
Counting page views tells us that people leave a page; it cannot tell us why. Hotjar records how a visit actually moves — scrolling, clicks, where somebody hesitates — and plays it back, so a layout that confuses people can be found and fixed.
This is the most intrusive thing on the site and it is asked about separately for that reason. Being counted and being recorded are different propositions, and agreeing to one is not agreeing to the other. Hotjar is configured to suppress the contents of form fields, so what you type into the booking form or the assessment is not captured.

Hotjar Ltd is established in Malta, in the European Union, acts as our processor, and stores this data in the European Economic Area. Recordings are deleted after 12 months.
Improving marketing — only if you agree
The Meta pixel reports that you visited, which pages you read, and whether you went on to book a consultation, finish the assessment or subscribe — that last part is what tells us whether the advertising is working at all. It is sent with a random identifier for this browser and never with your name or your address: the events say that something happened, not who it happened to.
This is the one purpose where data leaves our control. Meta is not our processor: it uses what it receives for its own advertising, and under the Fashion ID judgment we and Meta are joint controllers for the moment of collection and transmission. The Privacy Policy explains what that means for your rights. Nothing is sent to Meta unless you have agreed to this specific purpose, and declining it costs you nothing at all.

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is in Ireland and may transfer data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Meta decides how long it keeps this and we hold no copy of it, so a request to delete it has to be made to Meta as well as to us — we will tell you how if you ask.
Changing your mind
Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing, and it takes effect immediately.
- Press Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. The banner returns with your current answers, and you can change any one of them without touching the others.
- If you withdraw a purpose, we tell the provider to stop and delete that purpose’s cookies from this browser straight away — the others are left alone, because you did not withdraw those.
- You can also delete cookies and block them in your browser settings. Every major browser offers this under Privacy or Site settings, and it works whatever we do.
We do count the answers themselves — how many people agree and how many decline — because a banner nobody can refuse is one we would never find out about. That count is a number per day and nothing else: no identifier, no address, no record of which answer was yours. It is not stored on your device and it cannot be traced back to you, which is what makes it fair to count a refusal at all.
Refusing costs you nothing. Reading, the language switch, the assessment, the booking form and the client area all behave identically whether you agree to everything, to some of it, or to none of it. We do not ask again after you answer, and there is no version of this site that you have to agree to anything to reach.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that stores data on your device, it goes in the table above before it goes on the site, and if it is not strictly necessary we ask you first. Adding a new purpose resets the question: an old answer is not treated as agreement to something we had not asked about.
